RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.aestheticavenue.pl and applies to purchases made via the Store. This policy is intended to clearly set out the rules for returns and withdrawals, while respecting all mandatory consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  1. If you are a Consumer, you are generally entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without stating any reason, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
  2. The 14 day withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

2. Non Returnable Products and Opened Packaging

  1. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of Products delivered in sealed packaging if the sealed packaging has been opened after delivery, where the Product is not suitable for return once unsealed.
  2. If a Product has been opened, unsealed, used, partially used, tampered with, or its original seals have been removed or damaged, the return will be refused where this is justified by hygiene, health protection, or product safety considerations.
  3. This includes, in particular, products intended for professional use where the integrity of the packaging, sterility, or safety of use may be affected once opened.
  4. Products offered in the OUTLET category are not eligible for withdrawal or return, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Where a Product is sold as part of a set, bundle, or package, a return is only possible for the entire set, bundle, or package. Partial returns of individual items from a set are not accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Products

  1. Returned Products must be sent back in the same condition in which they were delivered, including original packaging, labels, protective elements, and all accessories, unless opening or use was strictly necessary to confirm the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  2. You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly, in line with applicable law.

4. How to Submit a Withdrawal or Return Request

  1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement of withdrawal by email or post. You may use the withdrawal form template available in the Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
  2. Once we receive your statement, we will confirm the next steps and provide guidance on returning the goods.

5. Return Shipping

  1. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
  2. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  3. Please pack the shipment securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refunds

  1. If the return is accepted, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (if applicable), except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by you that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
  3. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by applicable law.
  4. Please note that refunds are processed after the returned shipment is received and inspected, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

8. Important Notes for Professional Use Products

  1. The Store offers Products intended for professional use. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have the appropriate qualifications and knowledge to use the Products safely and in accordance with their intended purpose.
  2. Due to the nature of professional products and safety requirements, we may refuse returns where the condition of the Product or its packaging indicates that the Product could have been opened, used, or compromised.
